When searching for wounded deer, the biggest challenge is efficiently covering large areas while still being able to positively identify what the thermal camera detects. The H30T solves this by combining multiple sensors into a single payload designed for long-range search and confirmation.

Its high-resolution thermal camera allows pilots to detect heat signatures hidden in brush, tall grass, timber edges, and creek bottoms. Once a signature is found, the powerful hybrid zoom camera can quickly zoom in to visually confirm the target without needing to move the aircraft closer.

The integrated laser rangefinder provides accurate distance measurements, helping recovery teams mark exact locations and guide hunters directly to the animal after it is located. This combination of detection, confirmation, and location tools makes the H30T one of the most capable payloads available for aerial recovery missions.

Mounted on the Matrice platform, the H30T allows pilots to scan large properties quickly while maintaining the precision needed to operate safely and efficiently in complex terrain.
