The shoulder strap spreads the weight of the controller and is designed not to press against your neck.
Compatible remote: DJI RC Plus 2. That is the remote used with the thermal drones we sell:

- DJI Matrice 400
This kit is for the RC Plus 2 only. It does not fit the original DJI RC Plus (Matrice 30T).
