I recently purchased the Herd Census Video Training and was very impressed with the quality of the information provided. The training was detailed, easy to follow, and packed with practical tips that can be applied directly in the field. It not only explained how to correctly perform herd census work, but also covered best practices for collecting accurate data and ensuring consistent results.
What I appreciated most was the focus on professionalism. The training provided valuable insight into how to present findings and deliver a polished, professional product to customers. Whether you're new to herd census work or looking to improve your current process, this training offers useful knowledge and real-world techniques that can help you be more effective and confident in your work
Jim from deer recovery was great to deal with . I contacted several companies but he is the only one that got right back to me . There was a little mix up on my order but they made good on it without a hassle . Recieved it on Wed and watched all videos twice and took first flight on Friday and performed first deer recovery Sunday . I old buy from them again
After have the drone for only a month and a half and watch all the videos on how to use the drone we were able to put it to use in a search and rescue on our Fire Department we are now in the process of getting more guys with certifications and adding another drone to the fire department Drone Deer Recovery has some of the best customer service I have delt within a long time the price is a bit hard to do but if it is helping save a life it is well worth it
The DDR pilot app works great and the customer support is very quick to respond showing they truly care about their pilots. The only let down for me was the number of jobs I received through the pilot app my first season, HOWEVER, this could be due to my location or lack of experience being my first season. But this season my hopes are high!
Love my 4TD has over 50 hours of flight time! Just started a new thermal business! Just getting some extra propellers! And ordered them on deer drone recovery website and it’s easy ships next day! Just a awesome experience with the people and website of deer drone recovery!
I recently purchased an Elite Matrice 4T Recovery Kit and a Matrice 4TD, and it was the perfect way to kick off my own drone service. The ordering process was simple, and shipping was fast and hassle-free.What really stood out was the quality of the training content. The Mastery Video and Herd Census Videos were extremely informative and provided valuable insights that significantly expanded my knowledge and confidence in the field. As someone who is passionate about drone operations and wildlife management, the educational resources were just as valuable as the equipment itself.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Excellent products, outstanding training, and great customer service. I highly recommend ordering from dronedeerrecovery.com to anyone looking to start or grow their drone adventures. 5 stars
Couldn't be happier with the quality of the gear and products from Drone Deer Recovery. Everything arrived exactly as described, feels durable enough to withstand heavy field use, and looks highly professional. Excellent company to deal with if you want reliable equipment for your thermal setup.
Hello,
My order has arrived, and I’m very pleased with the RC PLUS 2 Remote Controller Screen Protector & Cover. I think it is a very practical tool that helps protect the screen from scratches and other damage. It can also provide useful shade, making the screen easier to see when the controller is being used outdoors.
Thank you for a helpful and well-designed product.
Best regards, Ildefonso Colon
Like the M4T . The thermo images are great.
The camera is fantastic! Just using it for my own recreation. Flying for fun, and going to use it to get a Herd count and recover deer for my family.
Overall the M4T is a great drone and exceeds
All my expectations.
The folks at DDR were so knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The service provided was great!
These are genuine DJI batteries. Don’t believe some guy on facebook forums trying to make you believe otherwise so you’ll buy from his “online store”. Shipped fast as always!
Awesome drone and a great package deal. Worth every penny and looking forward to using it. Shipping and service were great, very simple and easy purchase.
Already having so much fun with my Matrice 4T and can’t wait for the group training! The 24” monitor and power bank make a huge different and are super helpful.
First time thermal video of a hunting area. It was also the first time I used the zoom and video record buttons. Worked very well for a first time user.
First off... Drone Deer Recovery is AWESOME!!! Their service was responsive and their pricing very competitive. I placed a couple of separate orders and each time, they were shipped same day and received in less than 24 hours! I can't even get quotes back from some companies that quickly!!!!
Now on to the drone. I work in public safety and run our drone program. We already have an M30T and a Mavic 3T, but as our program is expanding, I needed to grow our fleet. The IP rating was important because we have weather in our area and we need to be able to fly. I received the Public Safety Package about a week before we experienced historical flooding, as in highest water levels ever recorded. Numerous areas in our jurisdiction were flooded to the point they were inacessible by vehicles. Boats were on the water, but it's a much slower search. Besides my initial test flight, we put over 10 hours of flight time on the new drone in less than 24 hours. It flew over 50 miles and assisted in the assessment and evacuation of numerous residents. I got to the point where I would buckle it in the backseat because it would be used again within minutes. The flight time is great and the batteries charge quickly. The new O4 transmission system is a HUGE upgrade. We're a light suburban area. Generally, the M30T could make it about a mile out without signal degradation. The M4D got out to over 2.5 miles in the same environment. (yes, we are Part 107, but we also have a COW and we are flying within the scope of the waiver).
And I wasn't really thrilled abou the monitor in the box, but it was part of the package. But I became a fan that first day. We have a program that streams our video via the internet, but this was great for everyone on the ground. I set it up on my tail gate and I was able to have my "personal space" while everyone crowded around the monitor instead of the controller. And I ran it for about 8 hours and it maybe used half the battery!
It was great for the few flights I got with it. There ended up being a catastrophic malfunction (at no fault to DDR) and the drone crashed in a river. Fortunately, DJI has taken care of me with the warranty and a new drone is enroute. Other than that, my experience with DDR has been perfect!
With the help of thermal drones, thousands of deer are being recovered that would otherwise have been forever lost. *when flown by a skilled pilot. Unlike dogs that push wildlife in the course of tracking a deer, a drone locates a carcass from 400ft without disturbing wildlife.
See the Difference
Thermal cameras help find wildlife like a moth to a flame. You really have to to see it to believe it.
Here's how it works:
From 400ft, perform grid searches of surrounding area with the thermal camera. In most environments it's possible to search over 400 acres per hour.
Switch to Zoom camera to identify the deer and confirm if it is the buck being searched for.
Drop a pin and recover another buck that may have never been found otherwise.

Missouri's history is deeply rooted in both Native American and European influences. The region was part of the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, when it was acquired by the United States from France. Missouri became the 24th state in 1821, known for its pivotal role in westward expansion. The state was a launching point for pioneers heading west on the Oregon Trail and California Trail. Missouri also had a complex position during the Civil War, as it was a border state with divided loyalties. The Missouri official page and the Wikipedia page provide further details on the state’s rich history.
