305, Winesburg, OH 44690. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or
administered by any social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook,
or X.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the
50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at
the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of
Drone Deer Recovery are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law, including
in jurisdictions requiring registration or bonding for sweepstakes with
prizes exceeding certain thresholds (e.g., New York, Florida).

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on June 2,
2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
Entries received after this period are void.

How to Enter:

Purchase-Based Entry: Receive one (1) entry for
every $1 spent on any non-zero-dollar purchase made on the Drone Deer
Recovery website (www.dronedeerrecovery.com) during the giveaway period
(e.g., a $11,500 purchase yields 11,500 entries). All sales of Matrice
4T drones on or after April 22, 2025, will enter you into the giveaway.
Tax and shipping amounts do not qualify for entry points. Zero-dollar
purchases (e.g., free promotional items or services) are not eligible for
entries. From time to time, the Sponsor may offer bonus entries for
purchasing specific items or categories (e.g., drones, apparel) as part
of promotional campaigns. Details of bonus entry promotions, including
eligible items, bonus entry amounts, and promotion periods, will be
publicized on www.dronedeerrecovery.com and in related advertising
materials. Bonus entries are subject to the 11,500-entry maximum per
person.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase,
handwrite your full name, address, phone number, and email on a 3x5 card
and mail it to: Drone Deer Recovery, P.O. Box 305, Winesburg, OH 44690.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2025, and received by
September 1, 2025. Each participant is limited to one (1) mail-in entry
for the entire giveaway period, granting five (5) entries. If the single
mail-in entry is postmarked during a promotional bonus period, the
participant will receive two (2) additional entries (total 7 entries),
subject to the 11,500-entry maximum per person. Details of bonus periods,
including dates and eligibility, will be publicized on www.dronedeerrecovery.com and in related advertising
materials. No confirmation will be provided for mail-in entries received.
All entries, purchase-based, bonus, or mail-in, have equal chances of
winning.

Fraudulent entries or use of
multiple accounts will result in disqualification. Automated entries,
bots, or other mechanical means of entry are prohibited and will result
in disqualification.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one
(1) Elite Matrice 4T Thermal Recovery Kit, with an approximate retail
value (ARV) of $11,500, including standard accessories as provided by
Drone Deer Recovery. Winners who purchased a DJI Matrice 4T during the
giveaway period (June 2, 2025–August 31, 2025) may choose a cash payment
of $11,500, equivalent to the ARV of the Elite Matrice 4T Thermal Recovery
Kit, to be issued via check within 30 days of verification. Non-purchasers
will receive the Elite Matrice 4T Thermal Recovery Kit. The prize (or cash
option, if chosen) is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed
except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for all
federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize or cash payment,
as well as any shipping or delivery costs, if applicable. The winner may
need to pay estimated taxes upfront based on the prize’s or cash payment’s
$11,500 ARV. The Elite Matrice 4T Thermal Recovery Kit is subject to FAA
regulations, including registration for drones weighing over 250 grams and
compliance with applicable drone operation laws. Winner is responsible for
obtaining any necessary certifications or licenses for legal use. The
prize may not be exported outside the U.S. due to regulatory restrictions.
The prize or cash payment will be delivered to the winner within 30 days
of verification, subject to availability and any unforeseen delays. If the
cash option is selected, the Sponsor will report the payment to the IRS as
required by law.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected
via random drawing on or about September 5, 2025, conducted by Drone Deer
Recovery. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via
email or phone within 5 days of the drawing. The winner must respond
within 48 hours to claim the prize and, if eligible, select their
preferred option (Elite Kit or cash payment), or an alternate winner will
be selected. As the prize value exceeds $600, the winner must provide a
Social Security Number for IRS Form 1099 reporting, regardless of the
chosen option. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of
eligibility and liability/publicity release within 48 hours of
notification to claim the prize.

Privacy: Personal data collected (e.g.,
name, address, phone, email) will be used solely for administering the
giveaway and delivering the prize or cash payment, in compliance with
applicable data protection laws. Data will be securely stored and deleted
after the giveaway, except as required by law.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree
to these Official Rules and Drone Deer Recovery’s decisions, which are
final. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries for
non-compliance or fraud. The Sponsor is not liable for any damages or
losses resulting from participation or use of the prize or cash payment.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged
mail-in entries, technical malfunctions, or delays in prize or cash
delivery due to third-party carriers, financial institutions, or supply
chain issues. If the cash option is selected, the Sponsor is not
responsible for delays in check processing or banking issues.

Publicity: By entering, participants grant
Drone Deer Recovery permission to use their name, likeness, or entry for
promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited
by law.

Ohio Compliance: No registration is required for
Ohio-based giveaways unless specified by state law. The AMOE ensures
compliance with Ohio’s requirement for a free entry option. Participants
may request a winners’ list by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope
to the Sponsor’s address within 30 days of the giveaway’s end.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by
the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from the giveaway will
be resolved in the courts of Holmes County, Ohio, or through arbitration
at the Sponsor’s discretion.
