How Long is the Event?
A typical event lasts 4-6 hours
Goals for the Event:
This class is for beginner to intermediate drone pilots. We will take you from having no previous experience to having good habits behind the sticks. Our instructors will
access what your current skill level is and provide a class tailored toward you.
Class size:
1-4 people.

Does this automatically make me a pilot on the Drone Deer Recovery map?
No. The drone deer recovery map is a subscription-based map. You can find more information here.
Can I attend a class even if I don’t have a drone
No. You must have a drone or be coming with someone who does. We don’t believe
this class will add value to you unless you can continue to practice the skills we teach
you even after the class.
Is food provided at the training?
There is coffee and some drinks but there is not food provided at this event.
Can I bring a friend?
Everyone who attends training needs to sign up for the event. This ensures that each
of our pilot’s can give you their complete attention to attendees
What can I expect from this class?
Our goal at Drone Deer Recovery is to Help, Lead, and Educate. Our pilots will
access your current needs as a drone pilot and teach a course tailored to you that will
help you become a proficient drone pilot. We teach through both classroom and real
world flight scenarios everything you need to know to form good habits as a drone pilot.
The class is divided between classroom and outdoor flying your drone. We do not have a
concrete duration to the class as we are committed to working with you until you are
comfortable with all the material.
What can I do to prepare for this class?
It will be helpful to you if you come to the class already being familiar with the content from our Matrice 30T Mastery Course.
