• Our thermal drones are effective at night or in daytime overcast conditions. When the sun is out everything heats up and thermal cameras are ineffective.
• Most fatal shots result in the deer not moving beyond 1,000 yards if he's not pushed. Our recovery rate for lethal shots are very high in these conditions.
• In cases of non-lethal shots, deer can travel up to a few miles. In those situations, you can be confident the deer is not dead, and you will probably see it appear on trail cameras in a week or two.
• In the early season, when leaves are still on the trees thermal searches are much more difficult, with drones being unable to see through heavy trees.

NOTICE: Our service is designed to locate your carcass only - You will be required to sign a waiver stating that if your deer is wounded but not dead, you will not hunt or pursue it until the following day.

• Urban environments
• Heavy wooded area (when leaves are still on the trees)
• No general idea of where lost pet might be (for example - lost somewhere on a mountain range)
• Pet has been missing for more than a few days.

Base price for Pet/Livestock Recovery is $450 + $100 if we are able to locate your pet + travel expenses. Up to 2 hours of searching is covered.

• You know the general area where the vermin may be.
• Agriculture and rural environments
• Leaves are off the trees (or lightly wooded areas when trees still have their leaves)
• Vermin is the size of a groundhog or bigger.

• Urban environments
• Heavy wooded area with leaves on the trees
• Vermin are underground/nested in trees.
• Vermin are only active during daylight hours (thermal drones still very effective in overcast conditions)

Base price for lost Vermin Control is $450 + travel expenses for up to 2 hours of searching.

• Herd analysis is best done during the day, so that it’s easier and faster to identify bucks or doe.
• Conducting the analysis in a 4-6 hour period or less is necessary to minimize duplicates.
• Scheduling can be difficult as it is dependent on overcast weather for the entirety of the analysis.
• Price variables include travel  and type of topography. For instance, dense woods can take much longer to accurately scan through than open fields.

For 750 acres or less:

• You’ll coordinate directly with a  local licensed operator who will complete the herd count in a single day.

For 1,000+ acres:

• We’ll coordinate with multiple pilots from our network of licensed operators, to fly your entire property in 4-6 hours or less. This is necessary to avoid duplicate counts.

In order to ensure our existing operators are successful - we are not licensing applicants within 50 miles of an existing operator. In the future, as demand for the service grows, we will add additional operators.
